If you need support on emcopy, the tool is owned by VNX engineering, so you have to open a ticket against a VNX serial number. I'm not sure if a newer version with the fix was ever released. It's down-in-the-weeds, but what it really means is that on every incremental you may end up copying all the data again and again. It has an issue in all versions up to and including 4.17, where it tries to set timestamps on the target in a manner that Isilon used to permit (even though it was wrong), but in OneFS 8.x Isilon no longer permits.
